My View: Gah poor Lucas.... I cant even say he deserves what his whore of a wife is doing.... No on deserves that.... Especially the kids...
   I love how he is willing to stay with his wife until his son is out of school so that the divorce doesn't affect his schooling...... Tessa Ohhhh Sweet Tessa loses her husband Collin trying to save his little girl and her baby. I never saw this coming and it kills me that they have to go through this..... I am glad that Lucas can be there for Tess when she wont let any one else be there to help her get through losing her husband, like she did when she lost Toby in high school. 
     Tessa begins to push Lucas away after they have been together in secret and she begins to feel guilty that she is moving on after Colin passes away she doesn't think she should move on at all she things she will forget him. While she is taking time away from Lucas she has made a new friend Zach Taylor from the band that her daughters fiance is the lead singer of... Lucas is upset that she is shutting him out and turning to someone else for the help that he wants to be the one to provide for her.........
       I have read all 5 of these books and I have LOVED every single one of them! I am sad to see this series end but I am glad I got to read it and enjoy every second of these books they will be read again!!!

I love a good laugh…you know, the type that accidentally makes you snort. Yeah, that kind. My love of all things funny, romantic, and bad ass led to the writing of my debut novel, Pinned Up. I reside in northern Cali with my husband and three children. I'm currently working on the completion of the Pinned Up trilogy. Initially, Pinned Up was written as a stand-alone novel, but since the characters continue to harass me during the middle of the night, while I'm driving, when I'm eating, and while I'm running against my will…I decided to continue with their stories.

My View:  I was given an arc of this book. This was also my first Highlander book ever. This book can be read as a stand alone. 

    That being said I absolutely enjoyed this book! You go through both Finn and Catriona's points of view through out this book... If you have read Sam's books you will know that Finn was married once and lost his wife while she was giving birth to their baby girl he has vowed never to love again because he blames him self for Alice's death, he doesn't think he was able to protect her and that was why she died along with their daughter........

     Catriona is to be married to Laird Gillean Taking her sisters place who was originally to marry Laird Gillean. Laird Gillean is a money and land hungry, Catrion's father didn't think it would actually come to her marring for the king to help with the war.
     Finn is poses as a Viking to save Catriona from the Norse, when he finds her there is a viking forcing him self on her....Finn gets to her just in time, though hes dressed as a viking so Catriona doesn't know what to expect from him on their little trip, she has no clue to where they are going or who these men are.... When they get to land she tries to run and Finn finally explains that his sister sent him to get her before the vikings did, he is to take her to her sister where Laird Gillean will come to wed her and take her home with him.... She spends a few days at the castle getting to know Finn, Lorna (Finn's sister) and Logan... She wants so bad to tell them her secret that she is Catriona and not her sister Katie, but she fears they will tell Gillean and he wont help the people of her town..... When Gillean arives she has to keep convincing her self that marring him will help her people, she tries to get word to her farther so she wont have to marry him... Gillean has know that she is pretending to be her sister Katie who is dead... he got word that Katie and her father were dead do to the invasion... Gillean tells her he intends to marry her for her dowry left from her father and sister.... When Lorna stands up for Catriona and wont allow Gillean to mistreat her. Gillean take Lorna and Catriona and locks them up until he can marry Catriona.... Things are not as simple as that when Finn and Logan attempt the free them.........
    Yes this was a FANTASTIC book its not released yet but will post a link when it is definitely a must read!

My View: Holy baby Jesus I love these books!!!!! 
     Miss Ellie ohh miss Ellie had been married to Jake for a while and he is a state trooper who beats her, also tells her how worthless she is.... when she finally gets up the nerve to leave him she finds her cousin Rhea,still lives in her home town of Wakefield which we learn in Coming Home. Rhea and Chad want Ellie to move in with them so that they can help protect her from Jake but she wont because she doesn't want to endanger Rhea and Charlie..... 
    Bobby is a Seal, he is on Chads old Seal team.. He has had his own troubled life growing up and is injured while on a mission and comes home to fight more demons due to his injury.. While Bobby and Ellie are getting to know each other they fall more and more in love every day.... Then one day  Ellie's past and choices she was forced to make come back to bite her in the ass.... 
    This book made me cry and laugh I absolutely love this series and am so very pleased that there is more to come!!!!

My View: First off I love how she does both POV!
      Well we left off with Chad leaving for the middle east, We start it with some what heartbreaking news, Rhea finds out she is pregnant and yes I saw some what heart breaking because I think its sad that Chad isn't able to be there for Rhea. But they are very excited!!!!! While Chad is on shipment Duke is try to convince Rhea that he would be better for her especially with a baby on the way.Rhea tells Duke they can only be friends and if he cannot accept that they he just needs to stay away from her. Her friends have warned her that Duke is only pretending to be her friend that he has ulterior motives... Rhea spends her days working and fixing up the house paining and fixing the property like building a fire pit and buying patio furniture.... while we read about Chads time at war how the team works together, and how being away from Rhea affects him and how much they love each other..... While Rhea and her friends and family are getting ready for chad and his team to come home... Duke come to plea his case to Rhea one more time, when she turns him down he tells her that if he cant have her then no one can..... Duke shoots her...... Yes this is where i have decided to leave my review you want to know what happens... must pick up the book!!!!! happy reading!!!!
Theresa has a way of keeping me on my toes and never leaving a dull moment more to come!!!!!

My View:  Well hell I think this is my number 1 favorite series! If you dont want to cry, laugh, and even have a few moments of what the hell..... If you love those things then this is a book you will love!!!!1

       Here you have Rhea who has just lost her mom to suicide... she lost her brother a few years earlier to the war, and her father to prison for drugs. She has known Chad her whole life, he was friends with her brother growing up and they joined the military together and served as seals together.
    Chad   comes home for two week leave, he finally tells Rhea how he has loved her, and she tells him that she loves him......*swoon*... They take a trip to the family cabin with his seal team, Rhea moves in with chad... throw in a little bit of Duke Orr who wants Rhea to him self, he does his best to come between Rhea and Chad. Chad threatens Duke to keep Rhea safe while he is away.... Then its time for Chad to ship out... Thankfully Rhea has Rosa to lean on, she is a wife of a seal on Chads team

I truly did love this story I have read this book on more then one occasion and I will read it on more occasions! I am glad there is more to the series!!!!

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!
