My View: Ok so here you have Scotlyn who doesn't talk she has learned sign lenguage and she writes things down. She is kind of stuck with this jack hole Lincoln he did find her on the streets and clean her up got her off drugs but now he treats her like shit and sure he provides the necessities for her but he degrades her yells at her and uses her fear of cars against her...... Then you have Nix this hot tattoo artist who keeps hoping to find this girl he saw on a flyer for a car show.. which he keeps in his wallet..... creepy I know but still sweet in a stalkerish way.......
So Lincoln takes Soctlyn to get a tattoo to cover her scar that she got from the car accident that took her whole family from her... and who does she go to..???? none other then Nix....!!!! So in walks Lincoln and his dream girl is none other then Scotlyn!!!! Nix tries to help Scottie get away from the Douche "Lincoln" who wont let her go......Nix helps Scottie get a job helping his grandma write the story of her life, While she is helping Nix' grandma she is learning that she doesn't need Lincoln to survive in life she is also learning to speak and coming out of her little shell that she put her self in after the accident.. all the while she is falling in love with Nix and Nix with her....... Lincoln learns that Nix is the one helping Scottie and he puts a stop to it but more or less kidnapping her......
I love that this book is told from both Pov.. I was hooked from page 1 and I just couldn't put it down glad to know there is more to come!!!!
